How Do U Screenshot with the skill bar etc. - Guild Wars Forums

I need help here cos im trying to screenshot the pic and i cant seem to get the skill bar and the rest of the stuff in

If u know how to include the stuff in plz post back.

just press print screen. Took long time before i learned how to take pics without the skillbar
